Books by Arthur Ransome
Arthur Ransome published nearly forty books during his life, and wrote or prepared material for several more. The best known today are his twelve Swallows and Amazons novels, published between 1930 and 1947. His other works include stories and folk tales, literary criticism, significant contributions to sailing, fishing and political literature, essay collections and books on single themes and last, but not least, his autobiography and personal letters.
