Swallows and Amazons Reach Cardiff

Swallows and Amazons, reaches the final destination of its 2012 UK tour this week, as it arrives at the New Theatre, Cardiff.
If you haven’t seen it yet, here’s a new review to whet the appetite. Hopefully the reviewer is correct and it will be revived in the future. But where, when and how remains to be seen. So if you are thinking about going, do “grab the chance” and head to Cardiff whilst you can.
We hope the Trust’s Voyages of Discovery display has enhanced your visits to Swallows and Amazons. Please do accept our apologies for those locations where it wasn’t possible to use the display.
If you missed it and are in Cumbria from 8 – 10 June, then please do come to the Holker Hall Garden Festival, where the Trust will have a mini-exhibition about Arthur Ransome, the Trust’s plans for an Arthur Ransome Centre, and Pigeon Post. It will be great to see you there.
